Shipping policy

1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately, no shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
If we are unable to process your order within 2-3 working days, we will contact you by email and indicate when we can process the order.

2. Shipping charges and estimated shipping time
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed during checkout. The shipping charges depend on your geographical location.
We strive to deliver all our products within 5 to 7 working days.
Does it unexpectedly take longer than we promised? Then we will let you know as soon as possible.

3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we have prepared your package, you will also receive an email with the tracking information of your package. This way you can track your order at all times.

4. Customs Fees and Taxes
HNST is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes that apply to your order. All costs imposed during or after the shipments are to be paid by the customer (such as tolls, duties, taxes…).

5. Damage
HNST is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you have received your package damaged, please contact the courier service or our customer service to file a complaint. Please keep the entire packaging and damaged goods if you make a complaint.

1. Return
From the day you receive your order, you will have 14 calendar days to return a product. As soon as you want to return a product, please contact us at We will send you a prepaid return label within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

To be eligible for a refund, your products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Your product must include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after we have inspected the product. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to process and review your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Please keep in mind that payments can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank..

3. Shipping
Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be included.
